Let go of
The overweening sense of responsibility for everything
Instead:
Enjoy every moment
Enjoy all that is good
Appreciate this universe that was made for me
but: not for me alone
Remember the times
In those days of utter irresponsibility
When all that mattered was love and beauty
And retrieve that virtue
Which was lost with 'maturity'
Spiritual growth is not an adjunct to life
It is not merely a support mechanism
It is life
The material world is the classroom
It is not its own purpose
I am not imprisoned in obligations with occasional release
I am permanently free
And with that freedom I take up responsibilities
