The purpose of life is not
To acquire, to achieve, to become
But to be
Conscious, present, aware, perceptive, insightful
That is literally the purpose
Because from that flows all else
And without that
Nothing can flow
The endless expanse
Is perfect peace
Within that
Wear the garments of the day
But do not become them
And, whilst wearing the garments,
Do not drop into the associated personalities
The roles are the garments
The personalities are the character defects
Operate out of principle not personality
As you travel towards the mountain
And the weather changes
The mountain appears to change
Allow what appears to be true to change
Whilst realising
That nothing has changed
Ask each moment for the truth
Not for truth to pickle and shelve
We trust infinite God rather than finite self
Drop the finite self of
Ideas, narratives, constructs, histories, prophesies
Instead
Trust that
God is infinite
God is good
God extends beyond time and space
God is all-powerful
It is sufficient to ask right now
For knowledge of God's will for me
Right now
And for the power to carry tha tout
Right now
