mind

when too much in the mind:

come back into your body with slow breath

... into your feelings by naming them and letting them pass like clouds or surrendering them to Spirit

and into your spirit by connecting to Spirit beyond the body’s eyes

the bodily mind is your tool not your master

to negotiate the daily tasks

be disciplined about sifting between what does need to be thought about and what does not

surrender anything that does not to Spirit

concentrate on the next right thing only

and keep coming back to slow, deep breath
