Where's God?

Well, God's there. Where? There on the stair, right there! If I can't see God in my life, it's because I have plans and designs. Things I'm running away from; things I'm running towards. That will keep you busy into next week. Drop the plans and designs, and there's a borderland of emptiness. If you can walk through that, God will appear on the other side. Most people understandably run back to the security of the plans and designs.
