A simple formula

A broken mind cannot heal a broken mind. Sometimes the mind is broken and simply spews out negativity, hostility, suspicion, paranoia, and fear for the future, on a personal, national, international, or even cosmic scale. There are times when it is wise to obtain assistance from someone else to rethink one's perspective on a situation and regain clarity and accuracy. Sometimes, the mind is too broken, for the time being at least, and the ego too fulminating for this approach to work.

The formula, then, must be as simple as this: I know nothing; God knows everything; God is looking after me; 'God, what shall I do next?'

This provides the opportunity to lay a ring-road around the conscious mind and establish a super-highway of love from God to us and from us to others, past illusions, and past appearances.
