Let us: An exhortation.

Judgement: The formation of a view.

When are such viewed formed?

When I am presented with a situation on which I am to form a view.

So:

When I am presented with any situation on which I am to form a view, the tool to apply is mercy.

When it is with mercy that I form the view, no negativity cannot possibly arise.

Get the right tool in place in the first place and heaven need never be left.
